Saw a baseball game at Fenway park once, in 2003. Was in Boston for work, and so I picked up a single ticket right behind home plate. Great seat.

Well, due to the results of my MRI, I know there is inflammation and a whole lot of Arthritis in my hips and pelvis.....and it looks like I need to change my diet so something that causes less inflammation... full fat dairy and a whole lot of bread seem to be out.... full fat dairy, no big deal really, other than the Irish Cheese I try not to eat...but bread and pasta...now there is a problem

Oh well..I guess it begins here
