I must have been pretty good this year - I opened a 'smart TV' this morning!!
..hope I'm smart enough to operate it!

Sitting, watching the youngest play with the new video game..... the oldest.....went back to bed...apparently getting up at 8:30, eating breakfast, and opening gifts took a lot out of him ... and I am just sitting here drinking coffee...... its all good

Woke the kid up at 5 (not 4 a originally planned)

He opened his presents, actually liked them.
Then I went to work.
It was a good day, even with the most stuck up nurse working today and getting in the way....
Now I am home, about to make me some coffee...or pour some wine.

The guys are out, visiting family.

I am full!! SO glad there's practice tomorrow!!

Good morning!
I am sore, my hands are hurting, I am out of TP, dunno if any bread is left....no coffee creamer, and the presence of milk is questionable.

got up and shoveled out so I could go to practice - practice is definitely
better than shoveling!!

Time to go exercise... (sadly) no shoveling required

'sadly'..?!? you want this snow..??? You can have it!!

When you live in the Northeast and it is 65 degrees Fahrenheit on December 24 it is simple wrong..... yes, I like snow...it is what makes living in the Northeast interesting...I can do without a wee or two of below zero temps, but that too comes with the territory.... and of course gives me justification to shun some people


Oh....and I have a snow blower...no shoveling required

..while I get it that winter happens..what I don't get is why - when it does snow -
that people have to drive like maniacs because their car 'can handle it' and then,
you see them in the ditch or pulled over - every blessed year!!

..back at work tomorrow for one more 3 day week so I can
enjoy 'Christmas' with my immediate family on New Year's weekend..

Spend the weekend being sore from work, spend it cleaning house, so tomorrow I will be sore from working when I head out....I am sensing a theme....
I'll be working New Years....maybe it will be calm....
