Going to do some heavy cardio today and work on some forms.

It's November 1 and I'm already in need of some sunshine. We're planning a trip to Cozumel in Feb, but that's a long time!

A year ago tonight the Nightmare Road saw our first steps upon it. So, my fellows and friends here at MT, whenever you get to feeling that life is dealing you a rough hand or that your relationship is not all it could be, take a breath. Then take another. And a third and realise that it could all get impossibly worse at the drop of a hat. So take comfort in the lives that you have and the future you envisage for you and yours and don't let silly, petty, 'small stuff' spoil it for you.
