??? :hmm:Just finished my test, feeling very confident it will be a good graed
Next week I have to go to a dance class for my friend Davids wedding in two weeks... I might even learn the art of not stepping on feet while dancing :lfao:
Quit it already! Dancing is a sport! You master forms, you can be sufficient in dance!

Practicing kung fu in class today, 7 star prey mantis yin ching kata is hard (jumping in the air then straight to then to the ground) and discussing it is very confusing talking about mantis or maybe it was white Crane and something else about xing yi, bogua and something else I forgot what was called (i need better listening skills) but i did improve much in class today the instructor complemented me on white ape steals peach form
(i hope this Sunday i get to do that dao form )
oh don't go there.. I lost my left big toenail due to an out of step heavy footed TKD friend while he was doing one-steps... #take the darn class!!
Stepping on your opponents foot really is a useful self-defense tool... Seriously. Trap their foot as they're moving, and watch their balance go right down the toilet.
There are 2 fast forms in my flavor of Yang style that hits the floor pretty hard with the foot and there is some serious stomping of foot in Chen style... I'm pretty sure you don't want your toes/foot in the path of them, they will do more than mess up your balance....although they are pretty good at that as well :EG:
I was separating "stepping" from "stomping" on the foot. Sometimes you need to break things. But not always.
Dudes.
how do you use chest rub on the inner ear?
