Well...today... not bad to start...but then..... things went real bad real fast and now it is absolutely horrible (and that is an understatement)..... and I truly wish I could just vanish into the ether..... and we are talking both on a professional and personal level.........
 
Nope, dim sum can not save anything at this point..... as a matter of fact I may never have dim sum again
I am basically screwed...bigtime

I was right for once :)

Helping younger sister with math equation, my older being the math genius tells her the answer(wrong answer) i tell her the correct one, test comes back... I'm right :)
 
You know, now it is making me angry...... they won't like me when I'm angry

It has been a learning experience...sadly it is things I did not like learning.... but it is best that I did learn this

She didn't make me learn anything, but the place I spend most of my time Monday - Friday did..... I have recovered with no help from them, but it did give me focus that I needed

You know, that is exactly where I am at the moment....

Had this thought this morning, years ago when I was working at a Hospital a person I knew was going through some bad times and they said this to me "When life gives you lemons make lemon aide" My response was "wrong, when life gives you lemons you need to pick them up and throw them back as hard as you can because I'm not taking this crap."

That is where I am...... learned a lot about this place...there are a lot of Crocodile Smiles covering obstructive attitudes

good morning did pushups, leglifts, ran 4 miles and practiced seisan, lian huan dao, and tokuminae no dai :)
 
Well I was able to fix the biggest, most damaging, issue myself so at least things appear to be back on track..... but it was a hell of an experience, I think it took a couple of years off my life, and it taught me a lot about who you can and cannot count.... mostly the "who you cannot count on" bits as well as a few other rather important lessons I best not forget.
 
Found my old (over 30 years old) Walter Dyer Leather Jacket today... I miss that jacket, now I just have to lose more weight so I can zip it up.
