Is it worth getting puzzle mats for a home office\gym? Maybe I like the idea of it more than the reality of it.. currently have two large rugs to cushion practicing break falls.

I've been to a school that has them, seems worth it

There are around $70-120 a square meter here for a 3cm mat a decent quality (brands I recognise) so would be about $700-1200, never mind just talked myself out of it... will buy a $60 single bed mattress from Clark Rubber.
 
My day started out great, had time to do 30 minutes of Yoga and then sit and play didgeridoo for 15 to 20 minutes and then drive into work...it was all going great right up until the elevator doors opened and I walked into my office...then it all went wrong :disgust:

Just decided to eat some birthday cake and then get ready for training.
