my BIG fight is looming ever closer and i think that spending time coppicing my trees with a bowsaw has made me more mentally able to keep me together which should be good
i chill out bigtime when i'm with my trees and today i took my bag with me and hung it up on one of my bigger trees and started knocking heck out of it got a lot of "remind me not to mess with you" type comments which i find really funny jake and pud were hearding the squirrels cos jake was chasing them on the ground and pud was going up the trees chasing them back to jake (i know i shouldn't let them but i needed to practice )
feel a lot more physically ready for it but my foot is still giving me grief -- been about 6 weeks since it went "crack" - so am hoping that if i stick to southpaw and switch in and out of that then i ought to be fine my right leg feels better playing the "anchor" role and shooting my left kicks off that stance
Finally was able to get back an do some Yoga again and it felt great. Not doing forward bends or inversions, they still have me a bit spooked from all the things not to do, and why, after the surgery. But I WILL get back to them soon.....
