Yep, still busy but only 1.5 hrs to go and then my weekend starts. Off to the Wild Place Project with my daughter, then a little gym will be the way to start the weekend of well

Nope, I wish they did but they gave me Augmentin instead. Z-pack work well before and years ago I was given Augmentin and it works to, but it gives me nightmares for some reason. Should be a fun five nights

pretty good day at my intra-school tournament - I took 1st place in Forms and 1st place in Breaking

CERT Leadership training course went well today. I really do wish we could do something about those uncomfortable plastic chairs. My back is killing me now!

Great weekend, spent a good 1.5 days with my daughter, really good to be getting more time with her, even if tears are shed when I have to take her back to her mums, at least I know she is enjoying her time with me. Still remaining motivated to hit the gym 6 times a week and also caught up with a good friend yesterday who shared some exciting news. Great weekend, hopefully this trend will continue through the week

i cant wait for class today, were going to break boards in class(its been a while)

i hope we get to do Kotekitai (that's my favorite thing about karate... besides using shime in sanchin Kata or getting to tell other students "what to do")
