this morning, the coffee pot fell in the floor, with nobody being in the room.
And strangely enough, the glass did not scatter all over the place either...

And of course there were those people who - in a spat - one throws a ring in the trash, and the other asks me to dig it out....
eh.....
My supervisor looked for it, but could not find it, and apparently it wasn't really valuable....
and I do not work in the psych ward....

He needs better competition.

That is the key. He has great competition in the dojo.

We drive to the University dojo twice a week so he can work out and train with:

19 year old female black belt who is also a National Team Memeber
21 year old male black belt who is a National Team Member
19 year old male Brown belt who is one of the best fighters in his division
24 year old male Brown belt who is also a very good fighter.
many other college age colored belts

With those as his training and sparring partners, the tournaments most of the time are easy for him.

:You've turned the model on its head, man.

Had this before. not feeling well, heart palpitations... with a bit of eurythmia....issues before...I was not enough cardio then....I'm there at the moment...and to much caffeine....yup there too....kinda..however it is in combination with the medications I was...taking for this stupid sinus stuff...Claritin and Sudafed.....of course that was a bit over 20 year ago......

Going to go hit the treadmill and see if it calms down...then call Mrs. Xue and see what she has to say.....I do know....because of the acid reflux stuff.....being male....at my age....if I show up to an ER, or urgent care, and describe my symptoms, that I am fast tracked into a room...no waiting necessary...

well off to the treadmill to see if it gets better...or worse and go from there.

Good luck. Take care of that thing, man.

Don't hit the treadmill - it didn't do anything wrong!

Seriously, allergy meds do tend to impact blood pressure. There is nothing wrong with taking this up with healthcare professionals.

Exercised, actually pushed myself more than I had been. Actually had a pretty good workout and I felt better. Called Mrs Xue to tell her what was going on and she told me that I should call the cardiologist to get a stress test...now Mrs Xue generally tells me I'm being a wimp on similar things...then outright diagnosis the issue and then when I return form the doctor or urgent care, tells me she was right ...... this time she told me it is probably nothing, other than the Claritin and caffeine...but call the cardiologist to get checked....she did not call me a wimp....... so now....I'm nervous....

Great, now your nerves will bring back the arrhythmia, giving you a good reason to go to the doc. He'll do the stress test and tell you it's nothing, other than the Claritin and caffeine, and Mrs. Xue will tell you she was right. All according to her plan.

Hardest fights and biggest challenges should be in the training hall, not the tournament...
I thought the purpose of competitions was to get wider exposure, so you weren't limited to the talent that could challenge you at your own school.

In the beginning it was, he started out at the bottom and worked his way up the ranks to the top.

Once at the top he started working out with the college team to keep pushing him to continue to get better.
