Very nice. I've got a friend who makes pens. He's gifted me with a couple. They're very nice. Too nice to take to work...

But on the bright side, Today was not horrible.
My equipment was not where it was supposed to be, and I started like an hour and a half late because of it, but only stayed 30 min over....
And did not cuss.
But tomorrow is another day, right!
I walked in this morning to discover a major piece of logic scheduled to run last night (not mine - someone else's), ran off the wrong file. Which means hundreds of charges on hundreds of patients' accounts errored out and could not be processed. The person in charge of that logic was out of the office. Her boss was out of the office. I looked up her entire team and sent them a carpet-bombing e-mail screaming for help. We sort of kind of sorted it out, but this means I have to get up at 6 in the morning tomorrow and work the files and make sure everything is ok.
So, let's enjoy this moment. Before something else breaks.

It's a 'cigar' style, a little fat - not like the cheapos I use at work.
But it fits nicely.
the original design is smooth, front to back, and on my first try I freestyled the ridges on the top...
Can't wait for the better tools!
It really fits nicely in my hand though.
One has to cultivate penmanship for a writing tool like that!
Acrylic ones are next on the list.....

seems my constant hacking cough is going away and im getting my mental facilities back, thank goodness. i mean i couldnt think straight,, i had to concede an argument to Jobo the other day ,,whats up with that? things like that just shouldnt happen lol

I seem to remember reading that zebra wood is pretty dense stuff. I’ve never had an opportunity or excuse to work with any.

There are some Russian and Ukrainian folk medicines I can recommend for hacking cough. They are very effective but a tad barbaric.
Then again, hot whiskey with honey and lemon works well too.

Do you have an online store or site? I could load them to polyvore and incorporate them into outfits I design. A zebra wood pen sounds like it would not only be a functional writing instrument but also a lovely unusual accessory.
