Slipping the Knot:

Attack: Garrote attack from the rear

Defense:

1) Grab the rope with your left hand and pull it downward to create a breathing space.
2) Reach behind your head with your right hand to feel which hand your opponent has on top
3) Cross behind with your right/left foot toward 4:30/7:30 (varies if right/left hand is on top) and pivot 180 degrees while ducking below the attacker's arms
4) Pull the garrote away from your throat with your left hand.
5) Execute a ridgehand strike to the attacker's groin.

Follow up
6) Grab behind both of your attacker's knees with your hands
7) Step forward into a NB and strike with your shoulder into the attacker's abdomen and execute a double leg takedown.
