Its good to see the mallakhamb getting some well deserved exposure. It got alot of interest when we did the first physical body dvd and I was invited back to do a more indepth piece in several different states and regions and hopefully in the future I will. Some of the old tools are still viable and useful and its good to see them continuing to survive with the younger generation.
