Not only did the dirtbags in question allegedly remove one of their own scummy thugs from the face of the earth, but since they were involved in the commission of a felony at the time, they all get charged with capital murder for it. Yay.

A suspect in a Jackson home invasion case killed an accomplice while shooting at a victim fleeing for safety, a police detective indicated Monday.
Deante Noble, 16, Darius Moore, 18, and Clarence Whitaker, 18, are charged with capital murder, aggravated assault, attempted armed robbery and house burglary in the Aug. 26 crime.Noble and Moore, the alleged shooter, had their preliminary hearings Monday in Hinds County Court.
Their alleged accomplice, Shermaine Smith, 20, of Jackson, was found dead around 2:30 a.m. on Gunda Street, which is near the site of the home invasion.

No loss at all. It is a shame tho' that violent crime would seem to be the path of choice for people so young .
