OK just checked on the publisher's site for the 2007 edition:

There is a link to preview the book content, and the following is contained in the preface:

While some new data has been added to this edition in an effort to expand on my earlier thoughts, nothing of substance has been eliminated since the value of the original text has been proven through its use as a reference manual in schools around the world

The book is copyright 1976,2007 so I believe it is the correct one. Time to funnel more of my bank account into Amazon's coffers!
