I like your sticky hand training that go beyond wrist gate, elbow gate, and include the shoulder/head gate. In another thread, I also suggest that Taiji PH should do the same.

I always believe that if you don't add new idea into the old stuff, you are just a copy machine, no more and no less.

Thanks glad you liked the video..There a continuation of the video maybe ill post it later on. I use a lot more Chin na, grappling close quarter stuff. I dont like staying in the chi sao range which is what i see most people doing..I feel it limits Chi Sao and your ability to go out side the box.. IMO when you go in close the wing chun tools no longer work because it was not designed to fight in that range..IMO an easy way to bear a wing chun man is just go in..So easy..
