I know alot of you probaly all ready do this, but I am asking that each and everyone of you go and buy a New Toys and donate to a needy child. Please one can never make a different but anyone can make a child have a smile on there face for one day. Please if you can or even if you have already done this do it one more time, remember Holidays are for Childern.

A good thought, Terry. I know all the charities locally like Blue Santa or Brown Santa have seen their donations dip by a huge amount in this economy.

I've chosen to give to my church's food pantry fund. They help feed struggling families who don't qualify for public assistance for whatever reason.

Yeah, there's a ton of ways to do this sort of thing. My wife has organized an "adopt a family" kind of thing. Her and several of her friends have bought a hand full of gifts for each of the children of a single mother. It's good to get your kids involved in this too. I'm convinced my kids have no idea how privileged they are.
