Hey everyone, i have just a couple of questions to any of you out there studying the 7 Star Praying Mantis style of Kung Fu. Anyone out there recommend any books on it? i like to add martial arts books to my already growing collection but i am unable to find a book on 7 Star, anyone able to help me out? I cannot ask my teacher as he is away on vacation for the next few weeks. Also i have seen wall posters of forms being done (i saw a tai chi wall poster and it was shot for shot of each movement in the form) and i was wondering if anyobdy knew of a good place to find something like that for 7 Star? it would look great in my garage/trainin area
