Over 80 people had viewed this videos, I can't believe there is not one single comment ... be it negative or positive. I personally had pickup few more useful techniques (different ways of applying certain techniques).

We had a few posts here regarding the correct execution of bong sao. In part 2 of the video, WSL put to rest the how and why mystery.

The more of the logic behind the motions that is talked about, the clearer the understanding for the student of the concepts behind the art. The more varied the sources of the examples the easier the concepts are to pick out ( i think I could have said this better but I'm sure you get the idea).

Anyway it's a great DVD, quite long and good value for money. Very comprehensive and clear explanations of why the movements are done in this way particularly.
