What type of fighter?
You have listed only a few combat sport fighters and a film fighter.
I know of persons who are some tremendously fierce fighters but would make terrible sport fighters.

I'd remove Bruce lee no real evidence of fights or even sparring videos just demos. I'd say GSP the guy always trained hard and learnt new things and has no weakness. I'll also put michael jai white there. The guy has won plenty of tournaments is a black belt in 7 martial arts and trains with some of the top boxers and mma fighters in the world so he could hold his own in the ring and on the street.

I'd put Cain Velasquez over fedor as he's fought the best has amazing cardio and ever evolving in his skills.

I think the op simply means when you think of best fighter who comes to mind if it's your mate from the gym who can take out 5 guys easily then that counts as does mma fighters or movie fighters. I see this as more of a fun thing than something to be taken extremely seriously

Of the Actors I would say Donnie Yen may actually work. He has a 6th Dan in TKD, a black belt in Judo, a purple belt in BJJ, he got gold in a good number of Wushu competitions. He got sent back to China from Boston as a kid because his parents wanted to get him out of the Chinatown Street gang he had joined and was getting into fights and there was even an incident in HK back in the 90s when he put a number of people in the hospital because they decided to jump him and girlfriend outside a night club. I used to have a link saved for a China Times article talking about it, I'll see if I can find it again.
