Have a tournament in 10 days... I so did not need this right now.
See your regular doctor.
See a qualified Chiropractor.
See an Attorney.

Follow their advice.

Do not listen to the ER or ambulance or anyone without an MD.
Do not see any insurance company doctors or go to any "IME's" without your own attorney present.

Have I mentioned, see your doctor, see a chiropractor and see an attorney?

If your doctor didn't take x-rays, get a different doctor.

A "minor" car accident is why I haven't trained since 2005.

I was taken to hospital in a neck brace, had x rays and and was seen by a specialist.
The drivers of our cars insurance company took care of all the legal stuff, I did have to see a doctor afterwards for the claim but as it was my own GP there wasn't a problem.
Over here it's always a good policy to call the police even if no one is injuried.
We were in a car following our instructor on his bike as he was doing a sponsored cycle ride for charity so we actually had the fire brigade, police and a few others with us lol! The car just literally drove into the back of us, wasn't looking where he was going, his pregnant gf was in the front. Our instructors son was in the back of the car and lord was our instructor mad at the driver, wanted to rip him limb from limb. the car was squashed and we couldn't get the back door open, the firemen were getting the tools out but our instructor just pulled it open, quite amazing. I doubt he could do that again!

You can always call the cops for a crash. Each state has its own laws, and each agency has it's own policy on how they apply those laws. In Virginia, a report is only required for a crash that occurs on public property AND involves either $1000 (soon to increase to $1500) dollars in damage or a person is injured. As a loose rule here, a lot of agencies won't do a report on a crash that doesn't qualify for a report. If you are injured, make it clear to the dispatcher and the responding officer; don't just say "my neck is a little stiff" or whatever. Say "I'm hurt."
