What do you consider "a good day" in your martial arts career?

Today is a good day. I got my 1st gup :D

Other than that, I agree with everyone else. When my body does what my mind wants it to do LOL
Congratulations! :partyon:

My good day will be the day when I can return to resume my martial arts career. Im not sure when that will be but Im hoping sometime next year. Will keep you posted when I do return.....Steve

There are 2 things that have been mentioned by JR and Egg that perfectly sum up a good day for me:

A good day is when I feel that my mind and body were one during practice
~ JR

when I can successfully implement something I've been taught.

Good day= no students or myself needing any first aid. No broken bones is an even better day.

A good day for me is when my instructer gives me a compliment, he never does, he always tells me stuff like *you have to get faster* what did you do that for* never gives me a compliment, so my good day is when he does lol.

A good day is when all my students show up
a good day is when noone says "what if"
a good day is when i get to practice what i need to improve on not just teach
a good day is any day I wake up

Thanks for all the congrads all :)

Today is another good day. I found out that I can go back to training next week (I had time off for surgery after my test). Next monday will be a real good day because I get to get back in the dojang.

Congrats Laurie, you've worked hard to get there. You also have perseverance!

A good day is when nothing is hurting-very rare, when I learn something and I get a good workout. I also like it when students show up for class especially in December. TW

A good day for me is when a student comes to class and shows a major improvement from lot's of practicing at home in between classes. When I see that kind of dedication from a student, it really makes my day.

A good day is when my students have a good workout & feel like they have some value in the world as well.
