Like always I do this type of stuff after my workout.
I busted a blood vessel in the second clip. I thought I knocked off enough rust. I was wrong and now I get to spend a week healing that hand.
The last clip was probably at 30% power. I'll need to have a stronger core to get higher than that. The last clip is an actual strike that I developed on my on. No one taught me and I didn't copy it from any system. I have more information these punches here My Training - Sharing 2 of my conditioning exercises
The reason I point this out because this is how systems develop. Practitioners explore what they already know and try to seek a deeper understanding. This is the nature of TMA. TMA develops new stuff but also keeps the old stuff. The one thing that I will say is that I don't think TMA can develop without function.
