Yes, PR is part of the US and protected by the Constitution. Yet people and politicians forget and just for kicks try to take away your rights.

It's even illegal by our Constitution!

Anyway, if it was LT WT, the regulation would be franchised to other countries and they would have to pay royalties to him for it... sorry, couldn't resist!
