In De Campo 1-2-3 Original, we primarily use the dominant hand.
Even if we use double sticks, the non-dominant hand is there as a support hand, which can strike you hard, but won't be trained equally as the dominant hand.
2 years ago I started training my son, he writes with his left and I trained him in Eskrima with his right hand. So recently I asked him to try it with his left hand, and he is now equally strong in both hands, on accident really.
Because from the beginning, without actually thinking about it, I told him to use the right hand.
