What unique training methods does your school have that you believe is just at your school.

For us we do alot of kicking while holding 12-15 lbs. medicine balls. The extra wieght helps build power and speed. Once you do this for about a month you can really see the difference in your kicks.
 
Not really something that everyone did, but for awhile, we had a ladder in a corner of the dojang while they were working on the roof. I used to do progressive kicking drills through the rungs. For example, start side kick on lowest rung, work my way up to as high as I could kick, then go from high to low. More for my personal fun than anything else. Obviously I am pretty easily amused.... :)
