Ah but the 'burning goat flesh' was never meant for Him it was meant to teach humans how to give up something that had only material worth, so being able to understand that material goods weren't the be all and end all of human life. A lot of meaning is taken away from things when people don't study them as they should be studied from the point of view of the people who's words, books and history it is in the first place
