the sambonim techs

Just for the record, the techs sambonim teachs in dojang are something like this:

Hand techs: paro (baro) momtong chirugi.
Foot (kicks) techs: ap chagui, dollyo chagui,yop chagui, chigo (neryo) chagui, an chagui, bakat chagui,ti chagui.
blocks: ogul makki, are makki, motong makki, yop makki, sometimes hansonal makki and sonal makki.
stances:ap kubi sogui, ap sogui, ti kubi,bom sogui, chuchum sogi.

We do, taeguks from 1 to 8 and then koryo, kungam and taeback, sparring once a week.

I have no real thoughts about the selection of activities. Presumably your teacher should know best what his students need to work on.

I did want to point out whatever blocks or strikes you practice, it's important to practice them in context. Don't just march up and down the floor doing knife hand blocks in the air. If we feel the knife hand block is worth practicing, then let's come up with scenarios in which we might use it and then work on these scenarios explicitly. I like to work it as an arm destruction in response to a roundhouse punch for example, followed up by a neck throw.
 
I think you are at a school that uses the Kukkiwon curriculum.
