Kids are different today. They are lazy and show up with attitudes. That, along with everything else that is going on at the moment makes me seriously wonder what the future holds for the martial arts.

I suspect we all know exceptions to this generalization about kids, as they are the product of their nature and upbringing. These exceptional ones are our best hope, though I agree with the concern that there are fewer. They have more options today than in the past.
