Reading Century University

Any one know of this university ?
It’s supposed to be located in a place called - - City of Industry - located in Los Angeles/California.
I can’t find much information about it online, there’s a webpage with pictures of old European style buildings and halls/(library), but I get the feeling those are from the University of Reading that’s in England.
Is the Reading Century University I California some sort of fake ??

A real university would have a website with lots of information, photos, student interviews and all the bells and whistles!
