A very good friend of mine was in the Guangzhou opera and she explained to me that the major difference between actual Kung Fu and Opera Kung Fu is that they are trained to miss.

The first one was great with the trilling of the swords with the Bo staff.

The last one look like it had some break dancing at the one minute mark.

All in all it was entertaining.
