The 11 bottles are doing well now, they are bubbling but it is getting less.

Next time I will also try to make some other wine too. This time I am preparing it for 20 to 30 people from a Board. We are having a weekend board meeting somewhere in the forest and somebody brought up the idea to make some wine so four of us are doing this now. Others make bread, candles, cheese and soup.
