New here from Cologne, Germany

Hey Guys,

I am new in this forum and also new to martial arts.
I started training 7 star mantis and longfist (don't know if it's the correct translation) in a very traditional kung fu - school in Cologne, Germany (www.kungfu-koeln.de) and i really love it! Also my general condition is way better now!
Best decision of my life to start martial arts!
