Hello, Just pick-up the book again...read it along time ago..
NO heavy weights needed...Functional Excercises for all fitness and combat sports....WORTH READING!
Base on free excercising only....mentions three major ones...and varietions of it in later part of the book
Can be done as little as fifteen minuets a day or longer ones on others...you choose the ones you want to do...very regularly here...

1.Hindu Squats - work up to 500 a day- can start with 25? per day..
2. Hindu push-ups- work up to 100 a day...start with what ever you can do...
3.Back bridges- work to hold up to 3 minutes a day-has many varietions too...
Worth reading and Pages 8,9, and 10 pretty much explains it...too learn the whys....
How many of you follow his excercises? .....
in many places in the world...squatting is a nature thing...*(Amercia we have toilets).

His beliefs on the back bridges....really makes sense...want a healter life? .....get the book...Combat Conditioning...!
