Looking into KKW certification from other orgs

I hear you Terry, it's starting to look like he might have some affiliation, but not be in the WTF anymore. I'll have to ask. Perhaps he has a certain level of KKW certification (I know of his 2nd degree back in 73ish), best way to find out is to ask.

Yes it is Dave only 10 days where has the time gone to this year. I bet he is at least a 4th in the KKW so he can get KKW certificates

GM Choi, Tae Hong in Portland, Or has helped people in that are in this type of situation. He is a 9th Dan KKW with a lot of ties to the KKW. Go to the Portland Start TKD website.........................
