I was a student at Master Chun's Ji Do Kwan school, located in Youngstown Ohio, 40 years ago (1984-1987). I was in a TBI 30 years ago, and now I'm trying to find information about the forms I learned back then, so I could see if I can still do them. Can anyone give me information and videos for the fallowing forms I was taught back then:

Tae Kuk Cho dan
Tae Kuk I dan
T Sam Dan
T Cho Dan
T Sa Dan
T E Dan
Pyunyon Cho Dan
Pyunyon E Dan

I can’t help you with the forms, Sam,Can, Man, but I wanted to welcome you to Martial Talk. 😊

I wish I could help but I am not familiar with the forms as listed. It is possible you practiced the Palgwe form set? They predate the Taeguek's, but they are still in use and should be easily found with a google search.
Or is it possible that 'Tae Kuk' was/is 'Taeguek'? This is the 'newer' WT/Kukkiwon poomsae or form set. If you search Youtube for the Kukkiwon channel, there are some very good videos of the forms.

Grandmaster Chun Kae Bae's lineage still has a presence in Ohio. Master Charles Stepans passed away a few years ago, but Sam Naples and Chuck Murzda still teach. Wooster, Ohio FB Page, there are videos on their FB page, which may be helpful. If nothing else, it can get you back in touch with your old school!
