LEO takes down woman under the influence

The LEO was completely justified in the take down.
It is a sucky situation since he does not want to hurt the woman
but she is drunk and resisting. What worries me is that he has no back up at first.

More important, did the young men in line behind her (who were told to clear-out) get their fries?

Wow! All them fools in line, behind her, were egging her on - possibly provoking her into playing the fool, herself. What the hell took so long for backup to arrive?

Glad it worked out well. That could have been a bad scene for the first officer there if any of the eggers-on had decided to get involved as well. That would seem to have been a mistake on the first officer's part, as well as not getting better control of the woman's arms. Best one can say is all's well that ends well.
