Just report them when you see them. It's someone who's annoyed at the staff here so keeps using a vpn to change their IPs/create new accounts and post. Whichever of us sees the report first will ban.
yeah, that was the first course of action.
But in the meantime I wasn't gonna look at the 'contribution'
I am assuming it was fall break.

Is there like a list of these people?

I'm kind of an eager beaver and love to chat but sometimes get the feeling my leg is getting pulled. As long as it's a topic I enjoy I just kind of roll with it, but it would be interesting to see who posts and gets a whole bunch of valuable responses, but it was all troll bait.
We don't have any sort of organized list of them. Most of them disappear after a while when they get bored and see their stuff keeps getting deleted, so no real point in us monitoring who they are all that extensively. Especially since they'll change their IPs/sign up info, so it wouldn't do much help anyway.

The view for the day.

Pretty sure at this point I'm going to follow that Cheng Manching line via William CC Chen and the person who is my teacher for a bit and see where it goes. This is giving me an aspect of taijiquan I find very interesting that I have not come across so strongly in Traditional Yang. And the way push hands is approached is rather intriguing and at times enlightening

Sadly this is nothing new. Dealt with many people, back in my state security days (and that was over 20 years ago). that seemed to revel in others misfortunes
Well some are reveling.

For others it's a knee jerk reaction, like a comedian making a joke in poor taste and it instantly makes you feel off but you chuckle anyway, because everyone else does. Hopefully later on, it made you think.

Monty Python was the best at it. Only they were actually funny.
