In my 20's I belonged to an internet biker group (yeah, don't even ask). Members in the NE chapter referred to that state as Massholachusetts.

Thems fighting words, popcorn.

Two cities I coukd totally live in are Berlin and Boston . was in Boston for 4 months for work . I was prepared for massholes but found everyone to be super friendly . only regret is I wish I knew going in what "regular" Coffee was .

When were you in Boston, Steve?

I stayed in an apartment about 2 blocks from Faneuil Hall in 2003. Was there for work.

I was in Boston twice - once for a job interview, and one other time on a personal visit. Sadly, didn't have time to walk around the city much either time. :(

free weekend so thought I'd check in.. took
first in breaking at the Governor's Cup tournament
yesterday.. I also competed in forms but didn't
place.. I was; however a bit irritated when - while
I have no shame coming in fourth - I saw and heard
one of the judges tell the girl who came in third that
she had 'turned the wrong way during her form'..

On the home front, my dad - who has been sick
for a very long time - is back in the hospital and,
at this point they are just focusing on quality of
life.. and there's a community DNR in place because
he is adamant about not letting machines control
his functions.. while this has been hard, I am calling
out my prayer warriors simply to ask that you keep
him in your prayers and that he can be at peace.

Life is keeping me busy but I will do my best to
update you and I am grateful - more than you know!

Wish I had known you then, we pretty much had the city wired back in 03. Not that we'd ever take advantage of that. :)

In our thoughts and prayers, Ks. Stay strong, my friend.

Take care of yourself. I've been dealing with some family health issues lately - I know it can stress the family and caregivers a lot. I'll keep you and your dad in my thoughts.
