Today i ran up a hill.
Ran backwards up a hill.
Crawled up a hill.
Crawled backwards up a hill.

And then did the whole thing again.

Then kickboxing then jits.

I couldn't move by the end of class.

Wanna come to Warrior Dash with us two weeks from now? It will definitely involve running up a hill, plus climbing stuff, getting despicably muddy, and swimming through very cold water. You should enjoy it - it seems to be very much within your aesthetic.;)

So, both treatments would be equally painful...Good to know. ;)

NAH...the needles are relatively painless...... now if your looking for a painful treatment for a headache...tuina....I am convinced the only reason tuina works is that once it is done...the pain tuina caused you is so far above any pain a headache give you that you feel better....mostly because the tuina is over....

I get needles in my face....and head....

Its the punishment for not liking bacon....

The math skills in my family are all cancelled out by the Y chromosome. My wife and daughters are the math and science wizards. I got most of my math credits by taking philosophy courses, and lucky for me I could.
I got my math skills from my mom, but not her desire for math. She and I were in college at the same time. While I did take the stray upper-level math course as an elective (because it was easier than a Western Literature course), she took the only major at that school with more math than a math major (Computer Science with Math Applications).

In Australia, they just call that "commuting".

What IS that?

That is an understatement.....doubly so if you try it as treatment for a migraine
But I can see how it can get so painful you forget you have a headache. I'm just thinking there are easier ways to forget you have a headache.

When I had horrible colds with monstrous fevers, my dad used to make me drink boiling-hot raspberry wine he made himself. Worked like a charm!

Not great at running. If it was just the obstacles I would be happier.
