Logistically its more difficult to keep track of hours, but it does seem to be a more accurate representation of time in training. So, my questions are:
Do you track a students training hours? And if so . . .
How do you keep track of training hours?
How many hours do you require per belt?
Do you still require an overall time in grade for colored belts?
If so, what do you suggest for time in grade per belt?
Note: I would prefer to keep this thread limited to the hours and time-in-grade requirements of belt ranges from white through 1st Black as it will make for a less controversial and more focused conversation.
