Organize a Kenpo curriculum using eight existing techniques, one from each of the major categories of attack: Grabs and Tackles, Pushes, Punches, Kicks, Holds and Hugs, Chokes and Locks, Weapons, and Multiple Attackers. Keep the following guidelines in mind as you choose the techniques which will be included in your syllabus:
1) Each technique should provide a platform for studying as many of the principles and concepts of Kenpo as possible.
2) Each technique should be adaptable to a variety of positions and attacks.
3) The sum of the techniques should represent a variety of relative body positions between the attacker(s) and defender.
List the eight techniques you would choose and why you would choose them.
