Kind of Scary

As bad as it is locally, you should see it at the airports. Had a woman that was held up in Customs for about 1/2 hour while they checked her out. She boarded my shuttle babbling a language that I didnt reconize, I drove her to the main terminal where she was met by a female family member. I attempted to say something to her, but she was either disinterested or couldn't understand me. You would think that Customs would have a direct link to a language bank 24/7..
