Hello Everyone
I am 32 years old, ive been working out since i was around 16 on and off.

I decided to do fitness boxing, and after a month i switched to Kickboxing, because i wanted to do the real thing.
My wife asks me why the love i wanna do this at an age of 32 years old, also because ive never done any kind of martial arts.

Im not really sure myself, but i do enjoy it so far, i feel like im learning and can just suck up knowledge each training, while getting my *** kicked for now.
Really gotta get used to get kicked/punched in the head, but they say it will get better over time.

As i told you i am used to work out alot, so my condition is great and i have decent strength.

I do running around 15-20km a week
2 fullbody workouts
and 2 kickboxing days.

But i feel like my weight lifting is off, i now and then get injured a little bit by barbell squats / deadlifts.
Should i switch this up? im not sure its worth doing these 2 for longevity, same with bench press tbh.

I am wondering what you guys do for weight lifting? i wanna do all my training to benefit my kick boxing as much as possible, not because i wanna compete, i suppose im way to old for that now.

I just wanna be better, feel better, and i like that i get more flexible. My limps just feel better.

I am 180CM
i weight 88-91KG

Can you guys assist? or give suggestions?

Sounds like your body needs rest. You may need to pace yourself a little better so that the body can heal. Martial Arts at 32 is normal. It may not be the majority age that people start, but there's nothing strange about it.
