Kamikaze / Tokon?

So what exactly happened with Kamikaze? One moment, I heard that Marcus re-named the company for legal reasons, and then another moment, I heard that Kamikaze is a separate entity, and will continue to sell under their current name.

Looking at Marcus' website, it seems that he's selling the exact same products as before, under the Tokon label.

All in all, I'm not concerned with naming issues, as long as the products are still the same, but it does have me curious.
