ITF Bo Form

We started learning a bo form in class on Saturday. I was told it is an introductory ITF Bo form. Does anyone have any links to videos of ITF bo forms?

Having practiced the art of Chang Hon TKD for many years, I have NEVER known them to any weapons cirriculum at all!

It's not mentioned in the TKD Encyclopedia either as far as I can remember.

we aren't an ITF school exactly but we do a bo form, i'm too junior to practice it but i've seen others...i can get a copy of the form but i don't know where to find it on the 'net. We don't focus on weapons too much, i think we just use it for something extra to do and coordination
