You forgot Hisardut which is pretty much Krav Maga and Kyokushin.

I've heard of hisardut before, there are few clips on youtube but they don't show anything technical. I even heard of other styles like Isai (israeli art of integrity http://www.isai.info/founder.html ) and Abir (I was cracking up for hours after I found out about this system) http://www.abirwarriorarts.com/index2.htm
