Interesting read!

I read about a third of it and got bored. TL;DR

Leung Ting, and a number of his contemporaries, like William Cheung, have had people leave their organisations.

My own instructor was once William Cheung's no. 1 student and arguably one of his best fighters, appearing extensively in early Cheung publications.

After 1995, he no longer appears in the Cheung "family tree".

Still has a good business and multiple schools, some on other continents. And IMO a standard of Wing Chun rivalling any on the planet.

He didn't feel the need to protest and justify his excommunication and denigrate his instructor at great length like this. Doing so demeans your instructor, but by doing so you bring your own learning and character into question.

Just produced better Wing Chun and better students than his old boss. Let his Kung Fu do the talking. Many of his local contemporaries respect him for that.

Some of his students, probably myself most notably, have defended him against the most ridiculous false claims and ******** others have said about him. But he's happy to let his actions and success do the talking.
