There's nothing quite like seeing a Master perform the art you practice to give you inspiration to train harder. Here is some such inspiration for me:

Such a beautiful form that fully captures the essence of the White Crane art. I will probably never be as good as that but I'll give it everything I've got.

Nice! I studied Okinawan Hakutsuru Kenpo for a while can definitely see the white crane influence.
