Hey, I lived aboard GTMO in '94 when we wound up with thousands of Cuban and Haitian refugees on base at one time. Funniest thing I've heard lately was Daniel Schor (a personal hero) saying, when asked on NPR about a permanent moon-base, "Well, I guess they're gonna need the room, once Guantanamo gets filled up...."
