How to fill out Kukkiwon application?

Everything on the front page is clear and obvious as to how to fill it out. But the second page...I'm just not sure exactly what information it's looking for.

For "Education Record" — is it asking for like high school and college graduation? Martial arts seminars? Time as an instructor in TKD?

For "Martial Arts Record" — is it asking for when you started training, each geup level promotion? Or time at the school you've trained at?

Any clarification or examples are very much appreciated. Thanks!

The "Education" portion is for scholastic or work-related achievements. You might show when you graduated from high school or college, and then any post-graduate training you've received or promotions at a job.

The bottom portion is for Taekwondo-related achievements. This might be demonstrations participated in, tournament victories, seminar attended, etc.
